Main project objective
The main goal is, in the first step, to enquire the legal principles controlling the legal framework of the registration of CRS in V4 states and in Austria and Ukraine too; in the second step, to achieve the needed knowledge and experiences and compare them; and, in the third step, to formulate legal solutions de lege ferenda in Slovakia oriented to strengthen the democracy and the legally consistent state.
